Delete your GSA Auction Finder account
GSA Auction Finder is an independent app by Restart, not affiliated with the U.S. Government or the General Services Administration.
Request deletion without the app
Email restartapplication@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “GSA Auction Finder account deletion”. Include whether you used Google or Apple. For Hide My Email, include your Apple relay email if known. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or payment information.
Request account deletion
We will acknowledge your request, verify your identity if needed, and confirm completion. Requests are handled as promptly as reasonably possible; we may need further information to safely identify the account.
Delete within the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm and sign in again with the same provider. A successful deletion removes your synchronized Firestore library and Firebase Authentication account. Apple authorization is also revoked for Apple accounts.
What is deleted and what remains
Your Firebase account profile and synchronized library—including saved listings and notes, saved searches and filters, alerts, saved ZIP locations and synchronized preferences—are deleted. Guest-only and other device-local data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple/Google subscriptions, remove calendar reminders, or erase store purchase records. Manage these through the corresponding store or calendar.
Previously collected advertising, analytics or service/security records are managed under the providers’ retention policies and applicable legal requirements. You can include a request for associated personal-data deletion in your email, and we will explain any legally required retention. We do not retain a separate developer copy outside the Firebase services described above.
Guest users have no Firebase account to delete. Questions: restartapplication@gmail.com.
